The White Horse Inn
“Faith Seeking Understanding”
Theology wasn’t meant to be handled in isolation—nor in anger. Too often, deep questions devolve into competitive arguments, gatekeeping, or superficial debates.
Launching on Sunday, 14th of June at 6:00 PM, The White Horse Inn is a new weekly, moderated forum dedicated to robust intellectual exploration wrapped in absolute mutual honor. Whether you are wrestling with tough questions or looking to dig deeper into your faith, you are welcome here. Bring your dinner, grab a seat, and let’s seek truth together.
- When: Weekly at 6:00 PM, beginning 14th of June (unless notified).
- Where: The Seminar Room.
- Fellowship: BYO Dinner! We will eat and discuss together.
- Weeks 1 & 2: We will focus on establishing our vision and our core rules of engagement (Robust Inquiry, Absolute Honor, and Steelmanning Only).

EQUIP Women’s Conference: Watch Party at Church!
Ladies, join us on Saturday, June 20, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm as we host a watch party right here at church for the annual EQUIP Women’s Conference. It’s going to be a fantastic day of fellowship, encouragement, and diving into God’s Word together. Cost & Tickets:
- $20 cash on the day (please bring exact change, if possible).
- OR buy your own ticket online for $22 ahead of time and simply show your ticket at the door for entry. Head to www.equip.org.au to purchase yours.
- Free for all high schoolers!
The Day’s Schedule:
- 9:30 am: Registration & a morning cuppa to kick things off.
- 10:00 am: Session 1
- 12:00 pm: Lunch break – You can bring your own lunch, or enjoy a hot soup lunch provided here at church for a small donation.
- 1:00 pm: Session 2 Lock the date in your diaries, invite a friend, and we’ll see you there!

We are excited to announce our upcoming 4-week course, “More to Discover,” starting this June. This series is designed with a dual purpose in mind:
- For the Curious
If you are starting to ask questions about the Christian faith or want to deepen your understanding of what it means to follow Jesus, you are so welcome here. There is no pressure—just an open space to explore the heart of the Gospel and see what the Christian life is all about. - An Opportunity for Baptism
This course offers you the opportunity to be baptized at our upcoming service on Sunday, 19th July. Perhaps you have been a Christian for some time but have never taken that step to publicly declare your faith. We invite you to join us for these four weeks as we prepare our hearts and minds together for this special milestone.

New to the Family? Join “The Bridge”
If you’ve recently moved into the area or have started making this your home church after moving from another congregation, we’d love to officially welcome you.
We know that transitioning to a new church can feel a bit like being the “new kid at school,” even if you’ve been a Christian for years. The Bridge is a casual, short-term group designed specifically for you to get to know our Senior Minister, hear the heart and vision of our church, and connect with others who are also new to the pews.
- When: Friday evenings at 6:00 PM
- Where: Meet at the church foyer
- The Plan: We’ll gather briefly, then head out to a local restaurant for dinner together.
- Duration: We’ll have you wrapped up and ready for your weekend by 7:30 PM.
Before you jump into a permanent small group, come spend a few Friday nights with us. It’s the easiest way to move from “visiting” to “belonging.”

Ongoing Events
- Services in Different Languages: Cantonese on Sat 3pm and Sun 9:30am, Mandarin Sun 11am and 4pm and Nepalese Sun 5pm.
- Meals: Morning tea is served after the 9:30am Service (coffee cart on the first Sunday of the month). You can grab dinner together after the 4pm Service.
